Returns

We regret to inform you that no returns are allowed. Every item is thoroughly inspected before sale to ensure its quality.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty

All our products come with a 6-month service warranty. If you encounter any issues with your purchase within this period, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Exclusions

No returns are accepted.
Items marked as “final sale” cannot be exchanged.
Opened software, downloadable items, and gift items are non-returnable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
